Sean is responsible for contractual oversight for the Infinity Helicopter Fleet of aircraft, including lease agreement management, engine and airframe Power by the Hour agreement management and technical interface with both the OEMs and operators. He has more than 7 years of experience in the aviation and aerospace industry.


Prior to Infinity, Sean held the position of Senior Manager, Customer Support and Services at AgustaWestland Philadelphia Corporation where he led the department responsible for maintenance/completion proposals, airframe power by the hour agreements, customer negotiations and overall customer satisfaction. He also managed the day-to-day customer support functions across AWs domestic fleet. Prior to his Senior Manager role, he managed the Material Planning and Technical Support Department within AWs FAA Part 145 Repair Station.  There he gained a strong understanding of material requirement planning / forecasting and the processes associated with operating an FAA Repair Station.


Sean has extensive training in both Lean Six Sigma and 5S disciplines and is also responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives within all the companies of Hawke Aerospace Group.
