Sean is responsible for contractual oversight and business development for UNIFLIGHT GLOBAL, including lease agreement management, engine and airframe Power by the Hour agreement management, contract negotiations, lead generation, contract/proposal development and technical interface with both helicopter OEMs and operators. He has more than 10 years of experience in the aviation and aerospace industry.

Prior to UNIFLIGHT GLOBAL, Sean held the position of Senior Manager, Customer Support and Services at AgustaWestland Philadelphia Corporation (now known as Leonardo Helicopters Philadelphia Corporation) where he led the department responsible for maintenance/completion proposals, airframe power by the hour agreements, customer negotiations and overall customer satisfaction. He also managed the day-to-day customer support functions across AW’s domestic fleet. Prior to his Senior Manager role, he managed the Material Planning and Technical Support Department within AWs FAA Part 145 Repair Station, where he gained a strong understanding of material requirement planning / forecasting and the processes associated with operating an FAA Repair Station.

Sean has extensive training in Lean Six Sigma disciplines and has been instrumental in driving continuous improvement initiatives across all of UNIFLIGHT GLOBAL’s lines of business.
